Vision
To provide a platform for learners to excel academically, emotionally, and spiritually, while also offering educators support programs.

Mission
Implement innovative programs and partnerships with other stakeholders to enhance the lives of learners by boosting their self-esteem, confidence, and self-worth. Provide essential support to child-headed households and vulnerable youth.

Caring Generation Foundation is a registered Non-Profit Company (NPO Number: 312-404) and Public Benefit Organization which can issue Section 18A certificate, established in January 2024. We provide essential support to learners and educators in schools, creating opportunities for young people to thrive despite the challenges they may face.

Our commitment is to equip and empower learners to take ownership of their decisions, environment, and relationships with others. We strive to promote stewardship, good citizenship, and encourage informed decision-making through leadership talks and activities that sharpen their thinking for a better tomorrow. Together, we are building a lasting legacy.

Services

W H A T  W E  D O

At Caring Generation Foundation, we are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for both learners and educators. We are currently taking part at the assemblies bi-weekly at Eqinisweni Secondary School and Ponelopele Oracle Secondary School with more requests from other schools.
Our initiatives include:

Leadership Initiatives And Facilitating Bible School Programs

Indentifying potential leaders and providing exposure to sharpen the skills in preparation of future opportunities. Coupled with christian principles and ethics to ensure excellence in conduct, behavoiur and character.

Career Expos With Different Tertiary Institutions

Organize career expos for high schools, bringing together institutions of higher learning, SETAs, companies offering bursaries, and the Department of Basic Education to provide students with valuable insights and opportunities for their future.

Outreach, Assembly Preachings and Exam Prayers

Partner with learners and educators to identify and address challenges in each school. Encourage students to take pride in their schools and promote excellence.

Mentorship, Coaching and Counselling Programs

Invite positive role models to engage with students, provide career guidance, and offer bursary opportunities to top learners, addressing individual needs to restore dignity and self-worth.

Target Audience

Caring Generation Foundation focuses on supporting vulnerable and at-risk youth who face a variety of challenges, including:

• Identity Struggles: Young people grappling with self-identity and self-worth.
• Substance Addiction: Individuals battling drug dependency and seeking a path to recovery.
• Mental Health Issues: Those experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress.
• Bullying: Both victims and perpetrators of bullying who need guidance and support.
• Child-Headed Homes: Youth responsible for leading their households and needing additional support.
• Lack of Motivation: Students feeling disengaged and unmotivated in their academic and personal lives.
• Challenged Home Environments: Learners from difficult or unstable family situations.
• Academic Struggles: Students missing lessons frequently and requiring extra academic support.
• Mentorship Needs: Youth in need of guidance and mentorship to navigate life's challenges.
• Emerging Leaders: Individuals with leadership potential who need opportunities to develop and grow their capabilities.
